The Expat Entrepreneur: Spain (Day 32)

32 days later, I am still here.

You will be surprised how much you can learn within such a period of time.

Initially, I considered starting a business here.

Starting a business is not really encouraged here. You can start a business, but you will not find the entrepreneur hubs that are easily found within the United States.

Spaniards are risk adverse. Everyone wants to be an employee. Unfortunately, the country’s 20% unemployment rate is one of the highest in the world.

Youth unemployment is at 45%. Underemployment is at 57%

In this video, I talk more about the cultural mentality and make comparisons between this country and the United States.
