Embrace this presence. It will amaze you. It will relax you. This presence soothes the soul. It is an underappreciated presence among the 7 billion people in this world. I would argue that less than 1% of the world’s population embraces it with some regularity.
What is this presence that can improve my mental or physical health? How can this presence help me reach the finish line?
This presence is among you every day. It is called nature. Some people live closer to participate in the observance of it than others. New York City is the biggest city in the United States, but it still has many parks to allow people to embrace this presence.
Nature will vary depending on your location. I am currently in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. There are several scenic areas, including Mount Sopris, Aspen Mountain, Red Hill, and the Rio Grande Trail.
